Product Lead-Time and Shipping Details:
Kampel Enterprises Inc. (KEI) is a small, family run business committed to providing quality products to
our customers in a timely manner. Outside of our standard colors, we make each product in the order it
has been placed; this allows KEI to ensure that each product is shipped fresh to the customer. Therefore,
each one of our products has a production lead-time that should be considered when thinking about the
arrival time of your order.
Below are the lead-times for production of our products:
- ColorFlex and ColorFlex II: 5–8 Business Days
- SeamFil and FloorFil: 3–5 Business Days
- KamSil and WoodFil EPOXY: 1-3 Business Days
We do everything we can to get your orders out the door as quickly as possible. Your order will be
shipped with the shipping method you chose. However, picking a faster shipping method will not change
the sequence in which your order has been placed in our production line.
To get the best idea of how long it will take for your product to get to your door you will need to add
your shipping method to our production time. For example, if you choose 2-day shipping for a ColorFlex
product, you will likely receive your product in 7-10 business days.
